How do I send you my sketches or markup files? |

You need to scan your original sketches and upload the scan files in our web site. If you need to make changes to an exiting CAD file, you can use Adobe® Acrobat Professional to create the markup files. In this case we will also need the original CAD file. |

How do I send you my sketches if the sheet doesn’t fit in my scanner? |

There are three alternatives: You can find a wide format scanning service in your area and scan your sheets there. You can also make several partial scans of your big markup sheet leaving an overlapping of at least 1” between consecutive scans. As a last resource you can send us you hard copies by mail. |

How do you process the payments? |
| A: |
We use PayPal® to process the payments. When you go to their web site, they will ask you for your credit card information. You don't have to have an account with them in order to pay. However, we recommend having an account with PayPal® so that you don’t have to give your credit card information on future payments. |
