If our client is not satisfied with the quality of our work, we will fix it at no extra charge as long as the client provides us with clear and precise sketches or markups.

Our Responsibility

We do our best to generate drawings as accurate as possible but in case we make a mistake it is our client’s responsibility to check out work and inform us if there is any problem. If it is our fault we will fix it as soon as possible at no extra charge.

Prices

We charge our service based on the amount of hours it takes to produce the drawings. The hourly rate we charge our clients will depend on the stream of work they give us and the seniority of their accounts.

Payments

For your security, we don’t store our clients’ credit card information in our database. Therefore, our clients will have to provide credit card information every time they submit a payment unless they create a PayPal account.

Additional Services and Charges

If clients decide to send hard copies of their markups by mail, the shipping charges will be paid by them.

If clients request hard copies of their plans or CDs that contain their files to be send to them by regular mail, we will charge them separately for the print outs or CDs and for the shipping.
